FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Do you only work with restaurants and grocery stores?

No. We serve individuals, families, corporations, partnerships, non-profits and trusts. Food businesses are our specialty, not our limit.

Can you represent me before the IRS?

Yes. Our founder is an Enrolled Agent — a federally licensed tax practitioner with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS on audits, collections and appeals.

How do I know which business structure is right for my restaurant?

It depends on liability, taxes and long-term goals. We compare LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp and partnership options and model the tax impact for your numbers.

What happens if I miss a sales tax deadline?

States charge penalties and interest. We file on a fixed schedule so it doesn't happen — and if it already has, we help you get current.

I received an IRS notice. What should I do?

Don't ignore it, and don't panic. Look it up in our notice decoder, then send it to us. We review it for accuracy, prepare a response plan and communicate with the IRS on your behalf.

Can you help family members who don't have an SSN?

Yes. We prepare ITIN applications so spouses, dependents and other family members can file and claim the credits they're entitled to.

I have bank accounts or income in India or Mexico. Does that matter?

It can. Foreign accounts above $10,000 in aggregate generally require an FBAR, and some assets require FATCA reporting. We'll make sure you're compliant.

Do you work with clients outside Texas?

Yes. We prepare federal and multi-state returns, and our secure client portal makes it easy to work together wherever you are.

I owe the IRS more than I can pay right now. What are my options?

Usually more than you think: payment plans, penalty abatement and, in some cases, an offer in compromise. The worst option is doing nothing.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the scope. After a discovery call we recommend an engagement and give you a quote before any work begins.

Let's take the first step toward financial clarity.

Tell us about your business and we'll get back to you with clear next steps — no obligation.
